Shipping policy

 

DELIVERY
Your order will be processed once it's been received and it will be delivered the next delivery day (or on your chosen delivery date). All orders will be sent out every Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday. For same day delivery, extra charges may apply as we will go according to the fees charged by our delivery partners for on-demand service.

WHERE WE DELIVER
KLANG VALLEY
For most parts of KL & PJ, we charge a flat rate of RM10 and free delivery is applicable for orders above RM99. For other Klang Valley areas, please find the delivery fee breakdown as below:

  • Subang, Shah Alam & Kajang - RM15 for orders below RM99. RM5 for orders above RM99
  • Klang, Setia Alam, Cyberjaya & Putrajaya - RM20 for orders below RM99. RM10 for orders above RM99
  • Port Klang, Sepang & Semenyih - RM30 for orders below RM99. RM20 for orders above RM99.

PENINSULAR MALAYSIA
For the rest of Peninsular Malaysia, the orders will be processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days from time of purchase and verification of payment and the delivery may take up to 3-7 business days. A flat rate of RM15 is charged for all Peninsular Malaysia while free delivery is applied for orders above RM150.

Our free delivery applies only for a one-time delivery. If you require multiple or separate deliveries, a separate delivery charge will apply for all subsequent deliveries.

WHO DELIVERS
All our deliveries are handled by third-party companies such as GoGet, Lalamove & Grab Express Delivery. Any issues/complaints about the delivery staff will be forwarded to our delivery partners and will be dealt with according to their terms & conditions. We will not be held responsible for any issues/complaints with the delivery staff.

For any undelivered orders due to unforeseen circumstances such as recipient is not home during the time of delivery or other issues that is beyond our control, the items will be sent back to MyBoocha HQ and we'll contact you for further instructions. A new delivery fee will be charged for any subsequent delivery attempt.

SELF PICK-UP
If you live in Klang Valley, you can opt for Self Pick-up from our MyBoocha HQ. The address is 42, Jalan Tiga, off Jalan Chan Sow Lin, Kuala Lumpur. Search for MyBoocha Kombucha on Waze or Google Maps and follow the pin.

When you get to the destination, you'll see a small dirt road right after the factory on your left. Go straight past the dirt road and immediately, you'll see a ramp on your left. We are right up that ramp behind the orange gate. Don't worry, the place is completely safe! If you get lost, just give us a call at +6012 2202 110 and we'll be glad to direct you!
