HOW IT ALL STARTED

In 2017, Gillian Chen wanted to replace an addiction to carbonated syrups with something just as satiating, but without the crazy calories. The fizzy, homemade brew she fell in love, also received the enthusiastic approval of friends and family. Especially when flavoured with real fruit and herbs. Plus, with its rich probiotic content, Gillian realised she was having fewer and fewer sick days off. It was time her weekend hobby got a name of its own =)
