REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Here at MyBoocha, we have a strict no refund, no return policy and all sales are final. In the unlikely event that the item is damaged/defective or the wrong item is received, please get in touch with us within 7 calendar days upon receipt of your order for an exchange.

If you need to cancel or amend your order, you may do so before it's sent out. Drop us a Whatsapp message at +6012 2202 110 or email us at hello@myboocha.co immediately! If your order has already been sent out and is on its way to you, we're afraid we will not be able to accept any returns due to the sensitive nature of our kombucha.

MyBoocha Kombucha is not responsible for any lost or stolen item that has been left out for an extended period of time. Please double check that you have entered the correct delivery address. If you need to change your delivery address, please let us know immediately before delivery.

Make sure to refridgerate your kombucha upon receipt as our booch is alive and continues to ferment even when bottled so you'll need to chill them before you open or consume the drinks.


DISCOUNTS & PROMO CODES
Promo codes only apply to normal-priced a la carte items and not on value buys such as our Starter Pack and Subscription Plans as they are discounted items.

Free shipping applies to all items as long as your total order is greater than the stipulated amount, namely RM80 for Klang Valley and RM150 for the Greater Klang Valley and Peninsular Malaysia.


SUBSCRIPTION PLANS
The subscription fee paid is for the full duration of your subscription period. No cancellation, refund or early termination of an active subscription plan is allowed. However, you can choose to pause your subscription anytime. Just remember to resume within one year from the date of your first subscrption, meaning you'll have one year to complete your subscription.

Once the duration of your subscription period is up, it will not auto-renew. If you would like to continue, just go ahead and subscribe to a new plan :)
